Certified by the Algerian Petroleum Institute (Sonatrach/IAP), he is proficient in Algerian regulatory frameworks and international standards for impact assessments, hazard studies, and industrial risk management. He co-founded BTH Expert with the ambition of bringing world-class expertise, forged on the international stage, to Algerian industry.
